I got a little carried away with my new design resource product. It started out as a collection of photocopier textures, then I thought a photo effect to recreate the grainy, high-contrast look of photocopied images would be quite useful, so I made a Photoshop Action with several options for various dirty toner effects. While creating some example art to show how they could be used, I figured I could
also include some ready-made poster designs as templates for people to customise. Those designs lacked the realism of real poster prints, so I got to work scanning some additional paper textures to apply creases and folds. Then finally, I threw in 40 halftone textures I had been working on, because they just complement the distressed, photocopied aesthetic so well!
